Morning Melodies #726

I have this gorgeous painting. Attempting to research a little on it before I place it on eBay for auction. I have found very little about it. The artist is R. Brownell McGrey. Absolutely, beautifully detailed, the roses, the granddaddy clock, the women's dress, the area rug! I am too unsure of an amount to begin with on eBay. It is in excellent condition. The frame is gold-gilded, I believe this is what that's called. I'm not real bright with paintings, but eager to learn! Thank you so much for any suggestions or facts.
